The BEHAVIOUR template enables the interface designer to describe the
semantics of the managed object classes, the attributes, etc. The
behaviour definition is expressed in English. There have some been some
attempts to make the behaviour definitions more formal, for example using
formal methods and formal specification languages, but these have not been
widely adopted.
The descriptionis simply a delimited text string. It is normally a plain English
description.
The REGISTERED AS object
identifieris a unique identity that is used in the protocol to
identify this particular behaviour type. The REGISTERED AS clause
is optional.
